Instructions for the General Strike on 1/10

INSTRUCTIONS September 28, 2025

With the official declaration of the 24-hour strike by Labor Centers and Federations across the country, as well as by the GSEE (General Confederation of Greek Workers) – in which the Workers’ Union in Webhelp (Concentrix) participates – we are all fully covered to go on strike on Wednesday, October 1, from 00:00 of the same day until 00:00 the next day, as it constitutes a legally justified absence under the law.

There is no need to declare a day off or use paid leave, as Law 1264/82 protects all workers, and any suggestion to do so is illegal.

Withdraw the new anti-labor bill introducing the 13-hour workday and flexible schedules!

Participation in the strike constitutes a legally justified absence that applies to all employees and our company, according to Law 1264/82.

I am taking part to support the unions’ call to stop the monstrous bill introducing the 13-hour workday and flexible schedules.
We demand the signing of a Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) with rights and gains for all, a 7-hour workday, 5-day workweek, 35-hour week, salary increases that meet today’s living needs, and the immediate implementation of all necessary health and safety measures.

INSTRUCTIONS April 7, 2025

With the official declaration of the 24-hour strike by Labour Centres and Federations all over the country and by the GSEE in which the Workers’ Union in Webhelp (Concentrix) participates, we are all covered to strike on Wednesday 9/04 from 00.00 of the same day until 00.00, as it is a justified absence by law.

No need to declare time off or use paid leave as 1264/82 covers all employees and urging us to do so is illegal.

All on Strike, Wednesday 9 April with the massive demonstration at Propylaea at 10:30.

Instructions for the work stoppage on 12/03/2025

INSTRUCTIONS March 11, 2025

With the official declaration of the work stoppage by the Workers’ Union in Webhelp (Concentrix), all workers of the company are covered to participate in the work stoppage on Wednesday 12/03/2025 from 10.00 to 14.00, as it is a justified absence during these hours by law.

To participate in the work stoppage, inform the shift supervisor of your project.

On the day of the work stoppage:

You log off from the tool you are online at 10.00 and log in again at 14.00 if your shift continues. The template below explains anything that needs explanation about your participation in the work stoppage on 12/03/2025.

– To stop sickness being a  criteria for bonus reduction.

– To stop the unacceptable policy of employees asking for time off for their physical needs.

– To stop blackmailing colleagues to come in from the office as a means of pressure.

To participate in the work stoppage, inform the shift supervisor of your department.

We meet at 17.00 in front of the Metropolis building to go together to the demonstration for the Tempe in Syntagma.

INSTRUCTIONS February 26, 2025

With the official declaration of the 24-hour strike by Labour Centres and Federations all over the country and by the GSEE in which the Workers’ Union in Webhelp (Concentrix) participates, we are all covered to strike on Friday 28/2 from 00.00 of the same day until 00.00, as it is a justified absence by law.

We do not need to declare a day off or use paid leave, as 1264/82 covers all employees and to urge us to do so is illegal.

All on Strike, Friday 28 February with the massive demonstration at Syntagma at 11:00.
We all meet at 9.30 in front of Public at Syntagma (on Stadiou Street).

With the official declaration of the work stoppage by the Workers’ Union in Webhelp (Concentrix), all workers of the company are covered to participate in the work stoppage on Monday 23/12/2024 from 17.00 to 20.00, as it is a justified absence during these hours by law.
To participate in the work stoppage, inform the shift supervisor of your department.

We meet at 17.00 in front of the Metropolis building to go to the meeting at 19.00 at the TP building in Piraeus, Gravia Street 25.

Instructions for the Strike at 20th November

INSTRUCTIONS November 19, 2024

With the official declaration of the strike by GSEE, all of us are covered to not attend work on Wednesday, as this is a justified absence by law.

You can declare the strike the day before, the same day, or the day you return to work. Should you choose to inform prior.

Send the template below, the previous day of the strike, or if you are off the day before, the shift of your working day.

On the day of the strike:

  • Do not log in, and if you do not feel like it, do not answer any calls by the management. The template below explains anything that needs to be explained and they have no right to ask for anything else.

  • During the strike those working from home or in the buildings, we meet in front of the Metropolis building (Ilia Iliou 39, Neos Kosmos) at 08.00 on Wednesday November 20th

  • We meet at 10:00 at Syntagma same day November 20th, to protest and make our struggle known.

Instructions for participating on the strike on May Day

INSTRUCTIONS April 29, 2024

With the official declaration of the May Day strike by GSEE, the General Confederation of Workers of Greece all of us are covered to not attend work on Wednesday 1st of May starting from 00.00 until 00.00 Thursday the 2nd of May, as this is a justified absence by law.

Send them template below. So we will make sure they declare everything properly. Declare it ESPECIALLY if they have put you on a day off. So the participation can be counted properly.

On the day of the strike:

Do not log in, and if you do not feel like it, do not answer any calls by the management. They have no right to ask for any explanation or force you to come to work.
During the strike those working from home or in the buildings, we meet in front of the main building of Webhelp at 08.00 on Wednesday the first of May at Metropolis building.
We meet at 10.30 at Syntagma.
Together we will win! No one is alone!

Instuctions for participating on the strike on 17/04

INSTRUCTIONS April 16, 2024

With the official declaration of the strike by GSEE, the General Confederation of Workers of Greece all of us are covered to not attend work on Wednesday starting from 00.00 until 00.00 Thursday the 18th, as this is a justified absence by law.

Send them template below. Those  of us that have been declared for a day off also send an email, as in many case they do it intentionally to decrease participation.

On the day of the strike:

Do not log in, and if you do not feel like it, do not answer any calls by the management. They have no right to ask for any explanation or force you to come to work. During the strike those working from home or in the buildings, we meet in front of Metropolis building for Webhelp at 08.00 on Wednesday the 17th of April.
