With the official declaration of the 24-hour strike by Labor Centers and Federations across the country, as well as by the GSEE (General Confederation of Greek Workers) – in which the Workers’ Union in Webhelp (Concentrix) participates – we are all fully covered to go on strike on Wednesday, October 1, from 00:00 of the same day until 00:00 the next day, as it constitutes a legally justified absence under the law.
There is no need to declare a day off or use paid leave, as Law 1264/82 protects all workers, and any suggestion to do so is illegal.
